I don't know why it retained the salaries. It must have glitched. This would be with each of the players having a full salary.

Columbus has a hard time finding players that want to stay. Roslovic wants to stay in Columbus so I don't think he will get traded.

Kuznetsov has shown he is a bad influence on young Russian players like Samsonov. We have Chinakhov, Marchenko, Voronkov, and Tarasov all either here or coming over in a season or two; CBJ doesn't need a 29-year-old Russian with a cocaine habit screwing up their development, whether or not he's capable of being a 1C. Kuzy does not fit our rebuild and he will cause damage to our team culture. We're especially not trading Roslovic for him, he's 24 and from Ohio, he really wants to be here and fits our window.

Adding Gavrikov to this trade makes it even more unrealistic. With Jones being traded soon, we can't afford to give up a top-4 defenseman. He's also young enough to be a part of our rebuilding window.
