Not a huge fan of Wennberg. If you're going to shell out that kind of money and term for someone it may as well be Danault.

And make Ceci a 1 year contract. Addison should definitely be ready by then.

Edit: I like everything else though.

1 ) add 1st Round pick to Dumba trade from philly.
- would be dumba for Frost, & 1st from Philly

Or

Dumba for Travis K, & 1st from philly

Fiala mostly plays right for us as well, but played a large chunk of the season at left as well. It shouldn't be an issue.

No, it's pretty fair as is. An added pick by Philly might be necessary but it likely wouldn't be a 1st or 2nd. Maybe a 3rd or 4th.

It depends on where TK's value lies. But it should already be close enough.

I wouldn't give that kind of money to Wennnberg. If he wants like $3-4M for a couple years though then I'd be game for that.

I guess I am a little confused. I have learning disability. Can you please explain?

I guess I could see dumba for tk maybe straight up, but TK did struggle.

Take it slow, there's no rush. If you're not sure about something, ask away. I'll try and explain as best I can. Although I can't promise it always will.

Pay to dump Rask then pay Wennberg $6m? Just keep Rask and you've saved $2m + 2nd, and as an added bonus you're not stuck with an awful contract for the next 4 years.

JEE shouldn't take that deal at all. He just had a 19g season, is a top-6 center, and finished 4th in the Selke voting.

I don't see that Wennberg has done anything to deserve that kind of contract. I would maybe offer him 2x3M at most. If someone else beats that, so be it.

Thank you so so much! I hate admitting this in particular because of my age,,but it's also a healthy thing for me because it helps to not feel ashamed

There's no reason to be ashamed, or feel ashamed, at all. I grew up having ADHD. Even if the hyperactivity aspect went away as a I grew older, the attention deficit aspect stays with you. My memory has never been great because of that as a side effect, which was only exasperated further by suffering a concussion in 2017.

So I hear ya, it's not an easy thing to admit. But the more you're open and honest about it, the more people will be understanding and willing to help you out. Building an new support network won't be easy, but will be more beneficial for you in the long run. As ironic as it seems, being more open about it mean less harm can come of it. While keeping quiet can only bring more ridicule from those who either don't know or don't understand what you're going through.

I really don't know why, maybe it's because of what I see that people my age close to 30 should not have disability, & at times I see that as a judgement on my self. Like feeling like it's not okay that I have a disability, & I should just be normal. Not sure of the stats, but I feel like if it exists can one say even 50 percent of the world has disability either Physical or learning?

I know it's a dumb reasoning but its often why I hid it even when I went to school. Don't know how , but 2 of my teachers somehow/ someway caught on to what I was dealing with. Glad they did too because it made me more successful in their courses

Philly won't move Konecny for Dumba. They'd only move him for a true 1RD or maybe in a deal for a similar young forward (Reinhart, Nylander etc).

Dumba is more suited for a 2D/3D role, and if Philly makes that trade they'd be in the exact same expansion draft predicament that is pushing the Wild to shop Dumba in the first place

I'm 35, we're close enough in age that it matters.

But let me ask you this. What is 'normal' mean?

The term NORMAL is subjective in its definition at the very best of times. What is normal for you, will not and cannot be normal for them. The reverse is also true. What is normal for them will not be normal for you. We are all unique, and therefore being 'normal' means nothing.

You are as God or whichever possible deity you believe in intended. You are you, now let them hear you ROAR. 😉

Normal for me would be not having to ask for help @ doctors office feeling out 3-4 pages

Normal for me , & it's always been my judgemental self in that people my age are doing things I should be able to do.

Yes, you are right in that we are close in age. So glad & grateful you can relate

Hey, you reached out. That's the first step. You clearly needed the boost. Who am I to say, no. I'll try and help out wherever I can. It won't be easy, the road ahead will be long, but you will get there. Just be patient.

I would love it, but I don't think Philly would go for it, not with TK involved. Dropping roughly ten spots is pretty tall order given what's already been offered here, by both sides.

Perhaps if it's a swap of 2nd or 3rd round picks, it could work? But that 1st round is a reach.

Yeah, I was too enamored with his 17 goals last year. His history doesn't show that level of production

@TanSor Evolving-hockey.com has Wennberg 4 year contract projections at $4.5 if that helps. I recall 4-5 years ago thinking a Granlund for Wennberg swap would work in our favor, but Wennberg hasn't panned out the way I thought... But if we get to FA and it seems like that is what's available to us, I would consider it... but I'd prefer to go with a 2 year deal on Wennberg instead of 4... but I'm guess Wennberg wont want another super short deal.

That would be way too much IMO. If that's what he's asking for I hope we stay far away
