That leafs trade made me laugh out loud. So we are trading a 2nd and a top 4 D on a cheap contract for a 4th liner?

Not just a fourth liner. A producing fourth liner. Look up his stats. Solid Penalty killer as well.

He is better than every third liner the leafs had in the playoffs. Produced more than Holl in less games in the playoffs

Maybe cause holl is a shutdown defenseman...

And no he isn't better than Mikheyev, Kerfoot or Foligno

Kerfoot played in the second line in the playoffs. Better than Mikheyev and Foligno

AND Aston-Reese is better defensively than Holl. aston-Reese plays every PK stopping so many pucks and scoring a couple of shorthanded goals. He has more shorthanded points and goals than Holl

I can't tell if you are serious or just uneducated. Do you really count points when shorthanded????? Holl is a defenseman... did you know that?
