Bruins push for the cup

Created by: TitleTown
Team: 2021-22 Boston Bruins
Initial Creation Date: Jun. 26, 2021
Published: Jun. 26, 2021
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
With most of our core players getting older, we really need to go all in and sign players who will help us reach the cup.

Boston improves their 3rd line which underperformed throughout the regular season and playoffs. By adding Garland by trading Debrusk who seems to be on his way out after a tough season. As well as Goodrow who is a very solid play and would fit nice along side Coyle and Garland.

Boston keeps their second line together which was dominate and one of the best lines in the league after the trade deadline. Also bringing back deadline acquisition Mike Reilly, and signing Alec Martinez to help strengthen the back end.

The Bruins also trade Ritchie, Kase, and Moore for draft picks. Ritchie was solid in the regular season but disappeared during the playoffs. Kase and Moore haven’t been much help to us in their time here mainly cause they haven’t been healthy and are just taking up cap space.

CGY the value is good, but don't think they need Ritchie

    CBJ say no

    EDM says no

ARZ is going to need more for Garland like maybe the 3rd & 4th are a 1st

Im sure there’s multiple teams that could use Ritchie I just happened to pick Calgary. And what do you mean “stop trading him to Calgary”? First time I’ve sent him to CGY

Why not for Columbus? And I should have picked a different team than Edmonton for Moore.

For Garland I’d try adding a prospect before going to a first rounder

Kase has a $2.6 million QO which Boston isn't going to offer him, making him a UFA. Can't see anyone giving up anything to acquire Kase when he's going to most likely be a UFA

bruins fans send him to calgary all the time, probably because we had his brother this year, but we have no interest in nick, we have 5 left shot wingers in our top 9 already, with two left shot centres, and two left shot prospects that could push for a top 9 role

Ok. I don’t pay attention to Calgary much so they happened to be the team I picked
