Not necessarily he's got 5 years left on his contract and is a legitimate number 1 goalie
If Panthers add another first Seattle say yes.

Idk know nothing is certain.

Seattle might not have enough cap space.

Really. A #1. He is not even a number 1 on his own team. He had a 2.9 GA average and a .901 save percentage all for 10 million dollars and for the next 5 years. This is an anchor and Seattlw stears way clear of that contract.

It would take at least 4 1st and a prospect.

Lmao. Ok. He is not a number #1 goalie, he makes 10 million for the next 5 years, the cap has been flattened for the last two years and revenues are down. All this and you want to unload him, that is going to cost. It is not like there a teams lining up to take him. Goalies in hockey are the most trickiest position. They could could be good for 2 years in a row and then all of a sudden he is bad. Bob was a good goalie in a very defensive system played very well, and his new team is not that and his deficiencies are showing up.

I'm not saying it's not going to cost them, but be real, 4 firsts?

If Marleau costs a 1st for 6 million Bob is 10 and 5 years. Bob can still play but he is not the goalie he was in Columbus. Cap is stagnant and revenue is down. It will be at least three 1st and either a another pick and a prospect or a 1st. Nobody is lining up to take on the contract.

I'd say this years 1st, next years (top 10 protected) and Heponiemi.
