Quoting: QuackAttack
Not sure why the Ducks do that
That trades been posted multiple times.
IDK, maybe cause ANA is rebuilding. So a prospect and 2nd round pick. And a very capable, NHL backup on a very cheap contract, to back up Gibson.
And Rakell is an UFA at seasons end. He’s only a rental. That’s actually a very good return for a rental.
I just read an article on Legare today actually.
And Legare lit up and dominated the Q too, like he was supposed to.
87 points in 68 games in 2018-19.
71 points in 61 games in 2019-20
and 38 points in 23 games this last shortened season.
Only 20 years old. His 1st season in the AHL will be this upcoming season.
Copy and Paste: an article written today.
Legare will take some seasoning in the AHL before he lands in the NHL. He won’t be ready as quickly because he has a power forward sniper game, and he will need time to learn where to be and how to find space to unleash his wicked wrister.
Legare has a real chance to be a top-six winger. His skating dramatically improved this season. The hip-twists skating style was streamlined, and he got to his spots much quicker.
He’s got a chip on his shoulder and an edge to his game, but don’t plan on his arrival in 2021-22.
