This deal is very easily turned down by Minnesota.
1) Winger is the Last Thing Wild need. Much Less E.Kane. Sharks will have trouble getting Value for him.
2) Wild rather keep Dumba over E.Kane
3) While Rask may suck, he's a serviceable c . For all the C problems wild have, they rather keep Rask, & his 1 year contract
4) Wild rather keep dumba over Kane, Whose Past History, & Obvious personal struggles on , & off Ice continues to affect Him

Philly easily declines that. Burns isn't worth a 1st even with that retention
