That would be enough for Trouba but I wouldnt want to give up Detroit's first this year

Other then the Vanek Jurco trade, Most of these would be summer time deals. Not at the TDL.

Why would we pick up Lehtonen? I don't see a point in that. Detroit has lots of better goalies. Trading Howard for Lehtonen makes no sense as they have practically the same cap hit and Howard has better numbers. However, I like Shore and would go for that, but you might need another pick if Marchenko gets picked up off waivers.

Howard under contract until 2019, Lehtonen only under contract until 2018. Full year of cap relieve.

No point in that. Rather take the cap hit for another year than have Lehtonen as the back up goalie. Trade Howard for defense, not a goalie. Goalies are not our weakness, or they won't be when Mrazek gets back to form and Coreau gets better.
