    10. 2021 5th round pick (VGK)
    11. 2022 4th round pick (PHI)
    Additional Details:
Jones is overrated and his advanced stats are abysmal but apparently the flyers don’t care he still is a top 4 RD tho and Columbus knows that his value is ridiculously high and they’re gonna want the world from philly. Patrick’s value is at an all time low and people don’t realize that he may not play past 23 or he’ll become a 80 point player no ones gonna value him that high plus the flyers don’t retain ghost. Philly wants to win now so trading the farm is worth it apparently for a few seasons of contending

    9. 2022 3rd round pick (PHI)
    Additional Details:
This only happens if Nashville goes into a rebuild and wants to get younger and they’re getting that with all the prospects and a 2022 first round pick in a stacked draft.
    4.
    PHI
    1. 2021 7th round pick (BUF)
    2. 2022 7th round pick (BUF)

    1. Hägg, Robert
    Additional Details:
Makes half a mil to be scratched most nights and he’s bad defensively and offensively two 7ths is probably too much
    5.
    PHI
    ARI
GM’s around the league know chuck is impatient and will overpay so in his mind a fair deal is an overpayment and they’re gonna ask for more that’s why these deals are lopsided because chuck won’t hesitate to trade the whole farm for 2 years of second round exits

a little salty on the Flyers GM? Take a step back, 2 deep breaths, and say it with me... "at least the Pens didn't win the cup"

He's not going to blow up the farm. Besides, what's the worst that could happen? Signing someone like Erik Gustafsson in the offseason?

Patrick may never be more than what he is right now, Sandstrom is most likely a career AHL goalie, Frost ceiling is probably 2/3c, Ghost was waived last year, and a 1st for Jones and Korpisalo?

Foerester is probably the best part of that deal, still not sure Columbus even takes that bait as most of those players may not pan out.

The other trade is essentially Voracek/sanheim and picks for Ekholm and Forsberg, which makes the flyers better. None of the other players included have performed well enough in the AHL to show they could be anything more than 4th line NHL material. I don't think either of these teams accept.

Your trade slook the genius of Brian Burke. Trade away all futures for one year of mediocrity
I've never understood why the three Dmen of Columbus Jones, Werenski and Savard and their goalies were so revered.

      It could always be worse.

There could be rats, or you could be on fire.

      Or be a Sabres fan.

The CBA was changed shortly after the Parise/Suter deals were made. They were standard deals at the time for top end players so I can't blame him for that. Really without GMCF making those deal MN stays in the perpetual 8-14 range and are still playing the heavy trap hockey that is brutal to watch.
