Not sure about the 2nd , but thought was it compensates the age/cap difference.

Obviously Rielly extends here. Kerfoot being moved out for something, instead of nothing in expansion for leafs.
Farabee becomes that top 6 the leafs are looking for , I know Philly fans will not like loosing this player but a top 2 dman costs.

Only two problems are 1) Farabee is probably untouchable for the Flyers and 2) Philly needs a RD, they have an abundance of LD so Reilly wouldn't really help

I'm ok with this, but it's gotta be done before the expansion draft or Kerfoot will be gone. Then the sub will be Mikayev or Engvall.
Who needs to make draft picks anyways?

I hear ya on farabee. But imagine having provorov and Reilly as your 1/2 on the LD ... not bad.
