Neither of the RFAs add anything to the Detroit deal.

Swap all of them for Bode Wilde and you have a deal.

Couple of firsts a second and prospects that used to be highly touted but might need a change of scenery. Ya…exactly what I was thinking…bunch of junk😂

The picks cover the contract dumps in my opinion, but those "prospects" don't really add anything. One was already claimed off waivers from Detroit, the other three don't really have a place in Detroit. We have better prospects for playing wing. Don't think any of those 4 players really make the nhl let alone make a difference. I know dal colle is getting some games but he hasn't done much.
Plus all those players would need to pass through waivers and risk losing for nothing.

But it’s not nothing. You’d rather have them in the package than not have them in. The picks are obviously the main thing but ya said that the whole package is a bunch of junk. And that’s just wrong

No they are basically nothing, they wouldn't get qualifying offers from me so they would just become free agents. I would rather have the roster spots in grand rapids for players that might make the nhl, not those guys. To me they have zero value, at least its not negative. A guy like bode Wilde might be better.
