Personally if I were the Jets, I'd rather keep Copp than take on Buchnevich and the raise he'll be looking for. Buchnevich is nice and all, but Copp's defenseis more valuable to Winnipeg than another scoring winger.

Unless Hertl comes with an extension, it would be senseless to part with the assets it would take to get him- and then see him go UFA in a year
