How about Mikheyev for Turris? The Oilers want Mikheyev as bad as Toronto wants Turris.

Trouba wanted out of Winnipeg cause his American wife finished schooling to become a Doctor but can't work in Canada. So he requested a trade and since getting traded and signing long term in New York his wife now has a job working in New York... He'll never except a trade and after his current contract he'll except friendly cap deal to stay in New York cause he cares very much about his Wife Career.

Trouba wants to play in Toronto about as much as I want him to.

That trade with Edmonton would be a train wreck. Turris is not good. Lavoie might be a bit of a project.

Wood wouldn’t be a bad addition but since we aren’t getting Trouba trading Holl would be silly.
