That doesn't get you a top 6 winger

There is a big difference between Newhook and Vilardi haha but at least with LAK they do have the forward prospects where they could look at something like this post ED of course.

You aren't getting a non cap dumpish top 6 winger for those picks, at least CERTAINLY not TK. A Rakell or Zucker maybe.

The point of WSH moving a goalie is ED slots, so are you protecting Vanecek over Campbell? Or do you want to keep Kerf/Dermott bad enough to where you are moving for a guy SEA will hopefully take instead?

You likely wont get any value for Kerfoot in UFA as there are a ton of cheap depth options to be had a team wont have to trade for one

Kings don't do that. If the option is: Kings can either move Vilardi for Reilly and force Byfield into a 2nd line role too early OR the Kings can use their cap space to get a temporary LD and get Reilly next season without losing any assets.

Oh yah, Huge difference between the two, I do think they could both slot into a 3C roll next season though and be fine

Those picks were just put in there - obviously would need to add prospects and picks and whatever else - wasn't too concerned about that actual trade just was looking at the make up of this roster

Could Entice Seattle to stay away from dermott by taking kerfoot and Holl possibly especially if kerfoot isn't grabbing anything
