Why would Shesty take so little for his prime? He's already 25. I can see him taking 1yr @ 3m as a show me contract, but if he lives up to billing NYR will be paying him big time.

Also Blake Coleman is SOOOOOOOOOO underpaid there. 31 other teams, including the cap straps Lightning would pay more.

The Avs will definitely get better offers for Graves. The issue the Avs run into is the expansion draft and not being able to protect either Toews or Graves because they will without a doubt protect Makar and Girard.

1. Someone is going to pay for Coleman. If he's going to give a discount to ANYONE, its gonna be the defending back to back Stanley Cup champions.
2. Shesty is getting 5m per.
3. If Chytil is a 4th line center, than Im a ballerina.
4. Danault? This is a disaster waiting to happen. The guy is a good 3C, hes not a 2C. MTL has played 21 games in the playoffs, hes scored 4 points. Why are we signing him to play 2C?

I forgot, let me applaud you for being compliant, good luck resigning Zib, Fox, Kakko and Kravtsov the following year.

Shasty is not getting 5M for his 1st RFA contract
Denault would fit in well with Laffy and is a better replacement at 2C then Strome (Strome will be traded at the 2022)
I think Denault would be a good C for the Rangers. Just a 2 C for the coming season.
I like Chytil and possibly him and Strome could alternate in 2021/2022 (he is progressing quickly to a possible 2C spot)
We do extend Fox in 2021/2022

2022/2023 is going to be a cap squeeze.. Someone has to go like Trouba, Kreider by buyout, local team trades might waive NTC/NMC.
