I don't think Hall is going to take that contract, no reason for him to it's a huge discount.

I don't see Tierney being a huge upgrade over Kerfoot to be honest. Why give up Hallander and a 3rd for him. I am sure you could steer Seattle to a player like Dermott for less if you wanted to.

I could see Toronto dealing with Seattle though, a forward upgrade and maybe a goaltender would be the move. Regardless I would definitely ask them to retain salary, especially on a 1-year deal like Tierney's to provide more flexibility.
