MTL has needed 2 Centres for many years, they now have Suze & KK. Suze is more advanced than KK but in 3 yrs, KK should be a very good #2 C behind Suze. So I doubt MTL is reluctant to move KK. but to answer your question, it would take a C to come back because Habs would then have a hole to fill. SO why make the trade?

Lol, thats the min it would take because KK is staying in MTL. Plus, Nils hasnt even played a single game yet at 21.... Hes no Dahlin either so your reaction is kinda disproportionnated

2 years ago no brainer haha. No amount of goals should make up for 2014 though 😉

He was getting scratched because theyd rather have the defensive Evans playing with two defensive wingers (Byron Lehky) against the Cirelli line in TB.

Or if price wins a cup with him in NY…… nvm don’t want to think about it. Been a tough few days.

I doubt Montreal moves him for anything less than the 3rd overall pick they used on him. He's a long term project, he's paying off. If by chance they decided to trade him, it would be for a large package (quantity) with solid pieces coming back. I'd assume a D prospect like Lundkvist, a high pick (maybe 2021/2022 1st), and a decent center or center prospect. This is again, VERY UNLIKELY as Montreal values him as their prized posession.

He's not on the market, but Montreal will accept Laf in exchange.

I’m sorry but kotkaniemi doesn’t pull a A level d prospect and 1st and a roster center. He ain’t that good

A reasonable price for a goal scorer of the same pace than Gretzky, Crosby and Modano in playoffs.

Funny how yourmind works. Your young gun is obviously untouchable but one from another team isn’t ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I wouldn’t say someone who is consistently scratched is untouchable

Imagine how many playoffs goals he would have if he hasnt been scratched!!! 😉

Maybe he's just playing for a team with a deep lineup 🤔

Just get over it. Everybody else did.

I know I think he’s decent not worth as much as you think I don’t even think kakko is worth that but if ducharme doesn’t like him for some reason and they wanted to move him I personally don’t think he’s pulling that much
