Last AGM before Expansion

Description
Taking one final crack at an AGM before the expansion draft and the FA window opens. While we should be rebuilding, DW would prefer adding pieces that could help us get a playoffs slot. With that in mind, he may be interested in a marquee signing, but our top priorities are a 3C and a goalie plus clearing cap space if possible. They can also take advantage of the upcoming expansion draft by making lowball trades for otherwise certain expansion picks (as seen with Kerfoot or Fast). These may be pie-in-the-sky but would love your thoughts.

I have no clue who those 3 are. If kerfoot gets dealt and in a trade by himself it's fine. But he can be packaged in a deal with other players. (If we plan on losing him)

Leonard is a young winger who should have a middle 6 ceiling. He normally plays between our 3rd or 4th lines, but he could make an affordable addition to the Leafs' wings. Kellman is honestly an AHL player, though this could be good for the Marlies if they need centers. As for Meloche, he's currently bouncing between the Cuda (our farm team) and the Sharks but he could establish himself in a 3rd line if given additional games in the big leagues.

I just know Kerfoot is a likely pick for Seattle, so Toronto getting a package of fringe-to-depth players in exchange for getting Kerfoot off their books seems like a good deal for both the Leafs and the Sharks.

I really like Labanc, but with Caufield, Gallagher, Anderson and Perry on the RW, it's hard to imagine where the Habs would fit him in. I haven't ever seen him play of the off wing, but if he can, then I'd do this trade -- unless Drouin comes back to the Habs and says he has cleared whatever demons were haunting him and they had nothing to do with hockey. Then I'd be really torn about moving him. Still, the Habs need to find a replacement for Tatar.

    Oilers decline
Don’t see the sharks giving Donato a qualifying offers so why would Edm move assets for a guy they could sign as a UFA

Would rather just have Fast as bait for Seattle rather than trade him for scraps. It’s doubtful he’d be the one to get taken anyways so would do a deal post expansion if it made sense (if they bring in some additional scoring for top 6 and guys like Nino get pushed to third line).

I'd keep Burns, let Seattle take Donato/Gambrell. Don't sign Savard, move Simek for a late pick.
I wouldn't want that tandem of goalies, one of the 2 would be fine but would want to bring in 1 younger goalie with one vet

Carolina isn't trading fast if they don't have to
