1.
PIT
  1. Dunn, Vince [RFA Rights]
  2. 2022 4th round pick (STL)
STL
  1. Zucker, Jason
Additional Details:
NOTE: I don't think St louis is gonna re-sign Jaden Schwartz, so they go to replace him and they bring in Jason Zucker who can still put up 20 goals a season. I think Pittsburgh will get back Vince Dunn and a third because before JR was fired he was working on trade with St Louis, which the main piece was Letang For Dunn and a 1st
2.
PIT
SEA
  1. Aston-Reese, Zach [RFA Rights]
3.
PIT
  1. Evans, Jake
  2. Fleury, Cale [RFA Rights]
  3. 2021 2nd round pick (MTL)
  4. 2021 4th round pick (STL)
  5. 2022 3rd round pick (MTL)
  6. 2023 6th round pick (MTL)
MTL
  1. Letang, Kris ($1,450,000 retained)
Additional Details:
NOTE: I think Pittsburgh should start to disband the core, they not winning with these three and they start off with Letang, He has been regressing a lot these pass couple off years and the only trade i see him wavering his NMC to is Montreal, Pittsburgh also retains salary to get a little more in this trade, Letang can't get a first anymore so they get Cale Fleury, who is a decent prospect, Jake Evans who is only 25 and 2nd and 3rd. They also get a 4th and 6th for retain some of Letang Salary for one year.
4.
PIT
  1. Andersson, Lias [RFA Rights]
  2. 2022 6th round pick (LAK)
  3. 2023 4th round pick (PIT)
LAK
  1. Pettersson, Marcus
Additional Details:
NOTE: LA need some defensive help if they want to start making a playoff push, So they go after Marcus Petterson, a solid top 4 two-way defenseman. I Feel Pittsburgh can bring back Lias Andersson, a former top 10 pick( and if you feel I'm undervaluing him he was trade for the 60th overall pick in last years draft), and they get back a 4th from the Carter trade and and a 2022 6th

Letang isn't worth that anymore. Maybe he gets a solid return if retained and thrown onto a cup team but realistically no where near that.

yeah it hard to judge based on Cale Fluery and the 3rd round pick in the draft i think i would remove the thrid it depends on what Montreal is willing to give up

Most I see Montreal giving up for Letang is 2nds and a 3rs half retained. Even then they may pass IMO.

I’d be down for that Letang trade but 1.450 retained is not enough… at least 2.5 millions retained would do it

i could as well do half for this whole deal because he has one year left on his contract and would probably sign an extension with Montreal because he is french Canadian

Dunn has more trade value than Zucker, so I have no idea why the Blues would be adding anything.

"before JR was fired he was working on trade with St Louis, which the main piece was Letang For Dunn and a 1st"

Haha what??? That didn't happen, bro.

Kings are not doing this trade. There are better options and better players available that can fill this role

I doubt St. Louis does that even with out adding the pick. They’d be just trading a defenseman they can’t protect for a forward they can’t protect. I agree that Zucker has value, but not that much value.
As for the Letang trade, under what rock are you living to believe Letang has fallen off at all? The guy just put up one of his better seasons and was ELITE! He finished top 10 in Norris. And now you replace that hole with 2 guys that are bottom pair at best. That defense is getting exposed big time. The only reason the pens would ever trade Letang is if they are tanking or if by the deadline they are nowhere close to a playoff spot. And the fact you retain and don’t even get quality back for no retention is crazy and mind boggling. To think Zucker gets the same, if not a better return than retained Letang is just mind boggling.
The Pettersson trade doesn’t make sense for the kings or Pens really. The kings don’t really need another 2nd pair LD. They need a guy that can be a top pair. The pens don’t need a guy that’s been a bust and late picks. They could probably get a better deal elsewhere.

That's simply not true, Zucker is a proven top 6 wing. he didn't fit with Crosby or Malkin, but not everyone does. He's still good for 20/50 and worth the cap hit on the right team. Seattle will 100% snatch him if he's exposed. IMO he's worth atleast a 2nd and a B prospect, or perfect for a change of scenery hockey trade.

I agree, Letang is still playing at an elite level, and carrying the defense. They won't trade him unless another bonafide #1 is coming back, and even then, Crosby has earned the right to play out his final years with his buddy Letang. IF Malkin and Letang take discounts on their next contracts, they might even be able to extend the window with some smart acquisitions. Basically, hes not going anywhere.

Wow you are in for a rude awakening, Zuckers contract is anchor that’s why you’re so desperate to move him
