Seattle taking Soucy would require MN to make a deal with SEA to protect Dumba.

Seattle could take Archibald or Kassian doesn't change much Oilers just sign another 4th liner (Ryan/Glendening for Faceoffs and PK)

McCabe signs a 1 year prove it contract after his injury last year. Could sign Goligoski, Cole or another veteran to short term as well

Leafs rolled with like 8 goalies last year. Also a sub 800k backup would likely be great for Leafs cap situation

Wild will trade you the 2nd and Stalock for a Soucy before expansion because Seattle won’t give you that for a cap dump.

goalies like stalock. which shows they can literally find them anywhere. Why would they give up anything for a mediocre backup?

Oilers don't have a slot to protect him before the draft as I believe they will resign Larsson beforehand. Soucy is 2.75M 3rd pairing D he isn't worth a 2nd imo especially when Arvidsson is a 2nd and 3rd.
