BOS is not trading DeBrusk for that and they are not going into next season with a defense that weak. They are also not giving Ritchie 4 million dollars when they can get a guy like Coleman for the same price. This is a Peter Chiarelli type ACGM.

Like around $2M, maybe a hair above at most. He's bounced between a few teams and never really stuck, and while he was fine for us this year, I don't think he was great and certainly not almost $4M. That would be more than Gryz, and Gryz is a fantastic D-man.

Reilly is not coming back. We already have a better version of him on the left side in Gryz and he got exposed against NY. He's good against secondary scorers but awful against heavier teams. A guy like McCabe in FA makes more sense to fill that hole on the back end.

Landeskog is not a Centre

Also that contract is what the avs would give him, unless he doesn’t want to sign back with the avs, that seems light for what he would get on the open market

I agree that he's probably not coming back. I don't bring him back on my AGMs either. I was just answering that guy on what he asked I would offer Reilly, and that was my answer. I might have even gone too high with my answer.

Way too much for reilly.
Of course that edmonton trade is a no go for boston, but you know this. Ridiculous premise.
You forgot rask
Landeskog is not a center
Way way way way too much for ritchie. League minimum is probably too much. Anything over 1.5 and the GM should be fired on the spot. 3.8? Sheesh.
Wagner is barely a fourth liner. Definitely not third.
With the exception of Frederic, that fourth line is a train wreck.

"We already have a better version of him on the left side in Gryz and he got exposed against NY" The idea is to have multiple top4 defenseman, not just one.
"He's good against secondary scorers but awful against heavier teams" He was pretty good against the "non-physical" Washington Capitals, right?

Yeah because it was made by an Edmonton fan, of course they're going to accept it.
