No reason kings do that. Also Hyman UFA rights not worth anything. Only worth it on big time players who are looking for max deals via sign and trade. Not when it’s pretty much been confirmed that Hyman is not returning.

Teams will be will to trade a 4th round value to get his rights. LA, EDM, CHI, and DET are all heavily interested and would pay that to make sure he signs there

Nah they wouldn’t. Those teams are unofficially talking to him anyways. Just bc his rights are signed away doesn’t mean anything. He can still wait and sign with a different team if the team his rights were traded to aren’t to his liking. No point.
