What a terrible trade for buffalo. Everything coming back to Buffalo is awful, and they’re expected to give up the good young defensemen so they can give you the better players in general? Yikes.

Let's see, dump skinner and only have 3 mill for the next 6 years instead of 9. Just to take on 16+M for one year? With everything off the books after two, seeing as you traded kassian. I wouldn't have bought it Neal, might have done turris and Russell and koskinen just so the Neal money isn't on the books as long. But I think I could live with sending a decent young d and a second for that.
