That trade doesn’t save Vegas any cap space, so why would the Golden Knights trade the Vezina winner for a 2nd pair D and a backup goalie?

Malkin just had knee surgery. Will most likely miss the start of the season but should be back by December.

What a joke, Pettersson makes $4,025,000 x 4 Jarry makes 2 x $3,500,000 plus Vegas is eating $3,000,000. That's $10,525,000 Vegas is eating and they only have $6,097,561 to sign like 5 players so this puts them over the cap by some $4,000,000 noway McCrimmon does this.
