Yeah not good. Bear is still a question mark, Bouchard will need to be sheltered. Who knows what Keith will do or not do. McDavid will not be happy

I don't think the defense is really that terrible. Similar defense has made the playoffs 2 years in a row now. Definitely room for improvement (as mentioned above, not this guys fault). I could see Keith still being useful with a partner like Larsson where he can play his own game rather than babysitting rookies on a team with zero defensive structure.
