You aren't wrong if this went down as a "hockey trade." I don't think the returns will be that low, but they won't be nearly as high as every other ACGM here seems to think they will be. The value is a bit more nebulous on this one, because Jones is a higher calibre than most UFA targets, but there is also the lingering "**** off CBJ I want to test free agency" thing, which makes the potential return not as strong. Lots more in play on this one than usual, so it makes it a bit murkier.
