Hronek And reilly is horrible as a pair.

Grzelcyk-McAvoy
Reilly-Carlo
Suter-Hronek

Boston isn't trading 2 young defensemen and a 2nd and 3rd for Hronek, maybe offer kevyn adams that. Also we aren't signing Cogliano for that much. And we aren't buying out Clifton, he's been really good for a 3rd pair defenseman. And Carlo isn't playing the 3rd pair.

Even with the picks detroit cant afford to move hronek, not this season atleast. With Carlo and mcavoy Idk why theyd want to.

Anyone who thinks Debrusk won’t be protected should stick to the NBA as they know nothing about hockey.

And that trade is terrible

Nope Filip Hronek only gets moved for a bigger package for an upgrade on LD like Werenski or a top liner scoring winger. This offer isn't even close.

He’s very good but not a 4 piece kind of player. And Boston has no need for RD. If he was a LD it would make more sense from Boston point of view. It’s bad for both teams. Even if Boston is getting the best player in the deal.

Why would DET trade Hronek, who is a year+ younger than Zboril and Lauzon, for them plus 2 garbage picks? Zboril and Lauzon aren't wanted by BOS (both are non-tender candidates and Expansion draft exposed candidates), and the picks are useless, for a 23min/night player that plays in all situations?

Even if Stevie was going to trade Hronek (and he's not), he'd easily get a low 1st plus a B+ prospect for a player with multiple years of control left, that's younger than Dunn, that plays in all situations, that's right handed, and that's just under .5PPG.

To add, Hronek scored more in 2021 than Lauzon and Zboril have for their entire careers.

Exactly Hroneks numbers are basically even with Charlie McAvoy. And those pieces wouldn't even come close to netting him. This is a extremely terrible offer for Hronek.

Depends on what those pieces are. And this ain't it. I know you follow the Wings enough to know how bad this is for them. Just take your homer glasses off and really look at it from our point of view. And I don't mean that in an insulting way.

Oh I never said it was a good trade for the Wings. It’s terrible for them too. The laugh was not laughing at you it was laughing with you.
