Philly says no.

A 4th and a 22 yr old with 1 game of NHL experience? Not enough.

Patricks value is a big question, but in limited minutes his first 2 years he put up 31 pts each yr, now treated for migraines, he played an entire season. Who knows if he fills his potential, but its worth more than that to see.

Hes due a riase, but after last year (in which he showed he could play and he has the tools, but couldn;t put it together and snakebit), I think hes goes for a short term 1.25-2mil range. I think 1.4 is about right.
