    Drouin will be back but the question is if they leave him exposed for Seattle to take; pay for Seattle to take keeping Allen or if they trade him away?

    I agree with you. I would much prefer keeping Allen and have Drouin spark his career back with Seattle. He's a great kid, but not a good fit to withstand Montreal's pressure for local talent.

    Also, wouldn't trade Kulak, and not sign Hamonic. Prefer Kulak to Hamonic.

    But that's just me!

    We don’t know what’s going on with Drouin so we can’t know for sure and Drouin is less replaceable than Allen, plus he’s still valuable

    I'm sure the 26 year old will be back playing hockey next season, just don't think it will be with the Habs. There will be a team that takes a chance on him but the Habs will lose in the exchange for sure. IMO
