Way higher than I expected but I genuinely like this deal. He proved a lot this season and hopefully he continues trending upwards!

That’s a little risky for 1 season after the previous one being spent entirely in the AHL after 3 NHL seasons, but if he keeps it up then the contract is a good one.

Seems like a big contract after 1 season. We'll see how it turns out for each side.

Love it! Yandle gone. Forsling extended. It’s a good day in Pantherland!

In Zito We Trust.

If he keeps playing 2nd pairing, it's a steal.

Good for him to finaly establish himself in the NHL.

I hope he's a bust simply because FLO could become a major pain in the butt for MTL. Not there yet, but with Yandle buyout, something is coming...

Great for Forsling to earn his worth after his great breakout season. Very valuable piece on the blueline for the panthers especially with Yandle now bought out. Great deal for the Panthers to get him on for the next 3 years.

I know he was good but I feel like theres always players that do good for 1 year and fall off. Might look ugly next offseason

I don't know who this is.

Guess he's better than Yandle though.

We picked him up on waivers this year from Carolina I believe and he absolutely killed it all year for us.

Q seemed to really like Forsling when Forsling played in Chicago but he wasn’t quite ready at that time and was behind a few others on the depth chart. When I saw the Panthers pick him up from waivers I knew Q would be able to bring out the best in him. Happy to see him get this contract.

Good deal, Forsling was great for Florida, probably the reason they bought out Yandle

not a great idea considering Seattle.

RN protection has to be Yandle, Ekblad, Weegar.

good contract though for Seattle at least.

Have you not seen Yandle being bought out?

Yeah, he was a waiver pickup.

Looks like another solid move by Zito.

Seems like a little bit of an overpayment.
