I would have taken this deal if Reinhart was signed for 6 x $6M, not 7 x $6.9M. Maybe we'll just take his RFA rights instead.

The fourth first rounder in the Eichel should be a conditional top 5 or ten protected 2022 or an unprotected 2023 first round pick if Eichel plays x amount of games.

I think even with a hometown discount, Reinhart will probably not go lower than 6.5 million.

Giving the 9OA for Reinhart would be such a waste. Signing him to a contract like that would be horrendous too. I could see it happening (Benning and all), but it would be another dumb move. He is not that good.....
