Lauzon has played top 4 minutes and has been solid Zbjorl would be a roster defenseman on ARI and has 4th-5th defenseman upside Ritchie was on pace for 40 points and 20 goals. On top of that they get a first and a low value prospect

Martinez makes too much sense here, but I think he'll make closer to $5.5m on a 2 year deal

I think the Garland ask starts with Studnika and a 1st (which I would absolutely do). I like Lauzon but he’s really a 3rd pair D who can go on the PK.

i don’t think nyi will part with martin. he’s beloved in the locker room + fanbase and i feel like wagner is a lateral move at best.
