If the deal were to happen it needs to take place after expansion. Isles acquire Dunn before 3pm and he's their problem to protect (barring a side trade with Seattle).

If STL keeps Dunn through expansion this is very interesting. Think it makes sense for both sides

You lose Dunn for nothing unless he's protected over Mayfield/NYI go 4-4-1.

I dont think theyll rebuild, theyll be spending to the cap and trying to compete this year. There are pros and cons to taking back Eberle. He is a good winger but Perron and kyrou can hold down the top6 RW so the money would be better spent on a LW... but finding a UFA to use the cap space on can be tricky, and they probably would end up adding a contract with more term than the 3 yrs for Ebs.

Not real interested in tarasenko anymore. The only reason i wanted him was to play RW2 and have 12-44-26 on the 3rd line. But with panik getting 1.375 thats too much cap not to play so unless they move panik im not really interested in tarasenko amymore. Obvs panik could be move pretty easily but even if he was what i would give for tarasenko isnt a lot.
