ELLIS😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

NSH: Glass, Myers
PHI: Ellis
VGK: Patrick

Idk what to think. I think we lost this trade now, but maybe we win it in the long term?🤔🤔

WHAT THE HECK WAS VEGAS DOING🤣😆🤣😆🤣😆🤣. Patrick is almost a bust at this point.

Imo Glass is the highlight of this trade for NSH.

PLS share your thoughts cause I'm just very confused right now. I think we should've gotten a 1st added or something. What are the ceiling on Glass/Myers?🤔

I wish Ellis the BEST of luck in Philly. (My new favorite Flyer). At least in Philly he'll be a #1 dman for a team. Maybe he'll get stronger Norris consideration if he has a good year.
NASHVILLE WILL MISS YOU😢😢😢

I agree that Vegas is losing. Not sure what they're thinking. Glass also had a lower cap hit...which is important because they're up against it.

I'm neutral on the PHI/NSH trades. I'd say NSH wins because they got glass too. Ellis is the best player in the trade so PHI wins for sure.

Flyers has wanted a long-term Predator since 2012 when they offer sheeted Weber is a 14 year contract.

Now they got what they were after with 6 years of Ellis lol

Myers + Glass is pretty exciting for NSH, but it does hurt to lose Ellis. I do feel like they still could've gotten something like a 3rd out of PHI -- then I'd be a bit happier. But all in all, at least Poile is trying to make some changes, so that's something.

Ellis’s contract will be ugly in a couple years. I like this from Nashville. Ellis was replaceable and hopefully we can develop Myers more now

Myers is a nice get for the Preds. He's certainly got potential and the Predators are evidently fantastic at developing defensemen. I think the Flyers win the trade but I don't think the Predators lost it.

Does Nashville still try to work out a trade with Seattle? They still have 5 D I'm sure they'd like to keep, and one assumes that they'd still like to lose a significant contract. (?) Maybe in the 8 million range???!

Glass and Patrick are literally the same; glass has been equally a bust. Can’t stay healthy. It’s merely a swap for injury riddled players that both need fresh starts. Trust me if Glass doesn’t change he’s a bust
