I know I'm an outsider, but none of those trades make sense to me. Swayman isn't as good a prospect as Vladar, but he's still a very good one, and that first is a fairly useful one, so I don't see the compulsion to acquire Kuemper at that price. There's no urgency to dump Grzelcyk, and Lazar is a useful bottom-6 forward who is worth more than that draft pick.

Sabres lhd when they draft power- dahlin, power, Bryson (thats our young small lhd the team loves), samuelsson (Kjells kid, recent 2nd), Ryan Johnson (recent first and the only piece from the ror trade that the owner thinks might help him save face). I can't imagine how much they would have to love grzelcyk to move anything for him.

Ya Swayman is considered the heir to the pipes when Rask retires. Kid was a monster for Maine (he was the Maine program) and was lights out in his 10 starts for the Bruins this year. Vladar is also a solid prospect, but more not sure he'll be a guy whose ever a true #1 for a team. Could be a quality 2 and guy who can be a short term starter if an injury happens.

This hurts to look at! Values and trades are askew. Wishful thinking if Boston meets Carolina in the playoffs, I guess!!

The team is worse than last season with this lineup. Doesn’t address bottom 6 at all and Rask for $7m is atrocious. Bruins give him a PTO when he’s healthy at best.

This is one of the most disastrous ACGMs I’ve ever seen. If you hate the bruins, you have successfully done a lot of damage.
