The yzerplan hasnt worked too well so far. The rebuild looks like itll be another 2-3 years and its already taking a long time. Anyway have fun with leddy.

Average rebuilds take up to 10 years, technically we're only 4 years into the rebuild so you're talking about only 6-7 years for the rebuild. That's pretty dam good if you ask me.

Yeah rebuilds can take up to that long. it's basically been close to that for Edmonton.
