I always try to propose Hagelin to Chicago to help with their like bottom 5 PK and get turned down. I think he’s gone especially after that AJF deal but idk where to. Also, this is realistically what the team will look like although Schultz could also be a choice for Seattle I think.

Edit: oh and also Vanecek, I think he becomes even more likely if they get Price

Honestly, I think it's such a tossup between Vanecek, Sheary, Dillon, Schultz, or Jensen. Also, I've seen Rangers fans trade a 7th for Hagelin straight up, but I'm willing to pay a little bit to get rid of that contract.

Our only chance at Vanecek staying is the fact that Kahkonen is exposed unexpectedly. Seattle could look at our defense because most of the top 4 caliber defense options are overpaid, old, or injured (Subban, Giordano, Weber, Shattenkirk, Klefbom, Butcher). Dillon is actually super good defensively, but just contributes no offense. Schultz is great offensively, but he ends up injured every year at some point. Jensen is all around fantastic, but he hasn't been put in a consistent top 4 role. It's going to be interesting to see the route Seattle goes.
