I was laughing at fools who thought Goodrow was going to get 1.6 area there was a reason he was on the ice the last minutes of the last 2 seasons.

It’s the leafs fans signing him for 2 million that makes me laugh. Goodrow should get almost the same deal as tanev, which is what’s being reported. It’s fair for a guy who’s great defensively and was clutch in this years cup run.

I think 3.6 is fair value also for a guy like goodrow, he's earned it and he checks a lot of boxes for the rangers, bravo to Drury for going after him, I like this move a lot, bravo to goodrow for playing the right way and earning that extension

The term is a bit too long. No problem with the AAV, though.

Goodrow is worth 2-2.5m 3.6m is terrible. If you don’t believe me now you will later…

Sometimes you gotta overpay for what you want, to the rangers, the guy is worth it for 3.6 imo.

Unfortunately I agree, I just hope we get good assets for buchi , and can clear his cap hit to pay danault maybe, danault is someone I like a lot and is an upgrade over strome
