Seattle is asking for a 1st and a 3rd for cap dumps. Seattle will just take Gourde or Foote if that's what it would pay to take Johnson

Tampa will keep Coleman if they move Palat, Killorn and Johnson. Tampa also wouldn’t be adding a 2nd and a 4th to Killorn for Jarnkrok, but they likely consider it when Nashville adds a pick or a depth man like Benning maybe.

Maybe but I think in this case Foote would just be the pick. He's got the potential to be a solid top 4 pairing

I agree it’s doubtful, but if all 3 of Palat, Killorn and Johnson were moved, Tampa could make a competitive offer.

If they did that, they could still theoretically roll 4 solid lines like:
ABB-Point-Kuch
Jarnkrok-Cirelli-Stamkos
Coleman-Gourde-Colton
Maroon-Stephens-Joseph
(Or have Colton up with Point-Kuch and have Raddysh or Katchouk get a 3rd or 4th line spot).

I don't think you get a 2nd and a 3rd from Edmonton for Palat. Maybe a B prospect instead of the 3rd. If there was more than 1 year on the contract sure, or if it was conditional on an extension or performance.
