Good cause I wouldn't be able to stand Johnson in SJ.

WPG & TBL both decline, asking for way to much.

Tampa declines. You can have Foote or the 1st, but not both

Why when used correctly which because of an over abundance of talent down the middle he wasn't Johnson is still a good player.

His numbers are not worthy of his contract. If they we're teams would have lined up when he was on waivers last year.

I agree he's overpaid he's worth about 2.9 but his analytics are good and he plays much better in the middle.

53 points in his last 120 games. He's worth closer to 2. There are 4th liners with similar or better production at a much cheaper rate than even 2mil.

Yeah but what team would bet their cap space on that. Just saying, he's a shadow of his former self and I would be surprised if any team takes him at his current rate.

That statement is false he has been the victim of being on a great team that's absolutely loaded up the middle so much so Stamkos is almost exclusively on the wing also. Look at his games in the middle versus on the wing it's night and day. Any team that doesn't research things like that when thinking of aquiring a player should fire it's GM
