Description

Coleman is a Texas Native. He can get points and play on the PK and I'm sure he could play on the PP had Tampa's offensive talent been less stacked. I honestly don't know if Dallas can fit him in their lineup and I don't know where he would fit. On the Faksa line? Coleman will cost easily 3 million and he could ask for as much as 5 million. I have a feeling Ben Bishop will somehow end up on LTIR island again.

Cogs is likely gone. Dickinson could've played on the Faksa line LW, but it was likely he would've been lost in expansion draft. The Faksa contract is pretty bad and has a NTC. Coleman is probably better fit for that role that Kivi, but costs too much. Rhett Gardner did get some playing time on the checking line.

Faksa's NTC doesn't kick in until the 2021-2022 season starts & it's not very restrictive. He only submits a 5-team no trade list. It would still be fairly easy to move him if the Stars actually wanted to do so (which they should).
