No thanks, huuuuuge overpay. I’m not even sure I’d do Igor for Jack, one-for-one (Shesterkin is more important to the Rangers, obviously Eichel has more value).

I think 9OA is untouchable. Also, losing a top 6 player for another top 6 player is not the way to go for us. Replace Pearson for Roussel or something

Of course they would, Roussel skates like he’s stuck to the ice now. And Because the Sabres need another overpaid Cody Eakin. At least Pearson has term and could actually do something.

No point in trading a top 9 pick a b+ prospect and a top 6 forward for an average top 6 forward at that point there needs a cap dump going the other way to make this trade fair

Cute thinking that Igor isn't in the untouchable part of the Rangers future core. Likely not getting Miller either, one of Schneider, Robertson or Jones.

Average top 6 forward? Reinhart will score twice as many points as Pearson next year.

Last I checked the Rangers were piss poor as well and missed the playoffs....Eichel on your team would have the Rangers in the Top 4 in the Eastern Conference.

Per Elliot Freidman, Vancouver is willing to move 9 for Reinhart if the deal is right. If Pearson is a Top 6 in Vancouver then the Canucks are in worse shape than I thought. Pearson is a 3rd line forward, all you need to do is compared Reinhart to Pearson stats and is relatively lopsided.

Roussel had 1 good year, 5 years ago....we are trying to make trades that both teams find value in. Roussel is worth a bag of pucks and a couple cheap CCM wood sticks.

Once again, if Pearson is a Top 6 in Vancouver, then the Canucks are in horrible shape. Pearson is a Top 9, maybe a 4th line on a great team. Reinhart is a 60-70pt W/C playing on one of the worst teams in hockey. Average is not a word to describe Reinhart.

All your flashy Top 3 picks have really gotten the Rangers far. Eichel on that Rangers team has you guys as a Top 4 in the East, Top 8 in the league, while producing 100+ points.

Darren Dreger and Elliot Freidman will disagree as both have reported Vancouver has discussed 9 for Reinhart in recent weeks.

Igor is untouchable? Were we watching the same goalie last year? The Rangers seem to have a lot of untouchables, yet found a way to suck last season.

Pointless trade now that Lind is going to Seattle

Buffalo would probably take Pearson, 9 and a 2022 3rd for Reinhart. Lind is an average prospect for the most part.

I want Reinhart but if we have a chance at Clarke, Hughes, or Johnson or McTavish, I’d rather keep the pick

We were literally in the playoff race with Boston, Washington, Penguins and Isles until the last 2 weeks of the season with the 2nd youngest roster in the entire NHL lol

.919 from February to May. Not gonna list the jawdropping stats from the KHL and AHL/NHL last season. He's still the goalie of the future. And funny, for a team that sucked, they were the best non-playoff team, as the youngest team in the league. But go off on how they suck!
