Definitely an overpay. Chevy should pass if that is what Buffalo wants

I don't see this as an overpay at all. A depth D man and a guy who's stock has dropped significantly over the past 2 years (plus a third)? Ristolainen has struggled in BUF, but a lot of that was organizational. With 25% retention, I think this is a steal for WPG. I think he'd thrive in Maurice's system and would have support to reach his potential.

I wouldn't mind giving Ristolainen a shot, but he's been bad for 8 years now. Who's stock has dropped, Vesalainen? Not true at all. He finally got a chance last year and looked good. If he is what Buffalo wants, Chevy needs to walk away. Anything more than a 3rd on it's own it's an overpay.
