There is a certain someone that consistently leaves bad comments on a lot of my posts and everyone else. I've tried blocking them but they can still comment on my posts. That wouldnt be an issue, but I can see their comment when people reply to them. Its getting VERY frustrating because most of their comments are aggravating/purposefully gear grinding (lol) .

Would be nice if I could block someone completely from my profile.

Blocking someone means you don’t see their comments or posts, but that doesn’t apply to that user

My comments aren't intentionally meant to be gear-grinding or annoying, I am actually disheartened to learn you feel that way about my contributions to this site, especially after we have conversed a lot regarding our favourite team. However, you do not have to pay attention to my comments at all if they're quoted. I am entitled to speak on the site regarding the team and give my opinions and I will not stop doing that.

I wish you a good day, and I hope that you can find a way to either ignore what I say, talk to me to sort out your issue with me, or get what you desire from the site.

Not really, the whole point of blocking someone is to not see their stuff and you still achieve it

Also probably a lot harder to program a 2 way block

If I block someone, I dont want to be able to see their comments, thats dumb.

You shouldn't be able to "see" their posts.

So you:
1. Blocked a person
2. They replied to you
3. You can see the reply?

If so please tell me where this is happening as it is a bug.

If it is this:
1. You blocked them
2. They replied
3. You know they replied because your post was bumped but you can't see the post.

That is functioning as it should be.

I have an enjoy my life, and I do not wish to create animosity. Going through my post history would show you that. Since you insist on knowing the ins and outs of why I posted here, i wish to be of use wherever I can. I didn't see it was this person until I had to edit my original post, by which time it was to late to remove it. If you continue to comment on situations only knowing half the situation, I hope you enjoy your infraction
