    Nope - Its only weak in the sense there is no generational talent - there is still potential useful NHL contributors in the top 50/60 picks.
    Important for a team that has no prospects. More important then cap space, that is not immediately needed.
    Bury bad contracts in the minors, bridge RFAs and keep the picks
