If that's the case, I'd just leave him out and give them Tyson and the 1st. Just put it in there in case they wanted to take him on, he's only got two years left and can help on their PP if Risto leaves

Voracek is 8th for RW and 27th overall in points last 5 years, he has value. Cap hit is high sure, maybe they sweeten the pot to a team with picks/prospects. Not to mention term is small for both players - not impossible
