Not far off on Tarasenko deal to Isles but that is too much. Reports are no team wanted him at full salary, at 50% he probably is only getting Bellows or Dal Colle and 3rd.

I doubt Seattle gets a 3rd for Pilick from Calgary. 4th max IMO

Vegas would not give up Fleury for a 4th round pick. That is ridiculous. He may be old and on a large contract, but his stock is at an all time high. If they said Fleury was available, they would get much better options.

I just went off a tweet I saw from an insider, though I forgot which one specifically. It was just specualton on his part about the pick being Edmonton's 3rd.

Alright, so what if the picks were swapped? Vegas gets the 2nd, and Seattle gets the 4th for retaining salary?

I guess….I don’t think fleury is moved tho; if they move a goalie I think it’ll be Lehner

No way. I think Fleury may be moved, but Vegas can get a first from almost any team that wants him. A first and a good player should be the base price. Anything less is an immediate no go.

Guess so. Not a great trade for either team, but it is what it is.
