I don’t understand the concept of the Jones trade. This helps Chicago out but only makes thing worse for the CBJ. Connelly is negative value to this trade. But you appear to be giving Chicago value for it. Strome is an ok player but he certainly doesn’t warrant the CBJ to move a 1st for him. Korpisalo had a down year but is only signed for 1 year and at a very cheap price.

This deal would look a lot better for both sides if it looked like this:

    Chicago gets:
    Seth Jones
    Joonas Korpisalo

    CBJ gets:
    Boqvist
    Strome
    Chicago 2021 1st
    Chicago 2022 3rd

At this point any deal that lands us bovqist in a Jones trade is a win in my book. we may be sending alittle much back to Chicago but it’s close enough.

I wouldn’t be willing to move Boqvist in a Jones trade, personally.

Korpi has 0 value after the Ned trade and imo thatd be too much for Jones. I included Kurashev for Connolly dump, Kurashev is gonna be good i think.

Like the ideas here. One thing I have wondered is what we do with Bemstrom and Lehtonen. I don't see either of them getting sent to the AHL, but they havent earned full time jobs in Columbus. Curious to see what happens with them and I assume its all based on what we get out of jones and korpi.
