I don’t really like him as a player, but I can’t deny he’s tainted and great on the PP. I see the fit for sure: For a reasonable AAV and for a relai gi key short term I wouldn’t be opposed to bringing him in. With Drouin confirming his interest to returning to Montreal next season, Our top 9 should look pretty stacked winger-wise.

I’d also target a player like Hamilton.

If Poehling doesn’t crack this roster in the middle we might as well trade him. Evans can move up in the lineup a bit and put Poehling at 4th C. No need for haula
