If I were the Buffalo GM, I would do that trade.
14th OA and a decent center prospect.

Only Jake would count against their cap. The other 2 are AHL players right now.

the avs have no cap space, that is the point, the are not taking on that massive deal. They will sign landeskog instead of trading for a more expensive Voracek

I think this deal depends on Landeskog signing elsewhere. Jake would be a consolation prize. But I agree it's probably not likely!!!

if they can afford Voracek cap hit, then they can sign landeskog, you are missing the point
